Please contact us before returning any items. Our official return policy is 14 days from receipt of the item. Any items returned to us must be in their original, new condition.
Damaged or Defective items:
Please alert us within 7 business days of item receipt if the item is received damaged. Please keep in mind that all our products are thoroughly tested before being shipped. It has been synced with iTunes by our technicians. If, however, you feel your product was defective, please contact us to return the item. If we are able to replicate the problem, we will gladly issue a full refund. If not, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We are unable to accept returns of iPods that show signs of being opened or repaired.
